Although our aim is complete and total customer satisfaction, the FPP Online Shop is a very small & independent operation and it is simply not feasible for us to offer return policies similar to those of larger outlets which sell on a mass scale - the postal charges alone would quickly bankrupt us. We therefore ask all customers who have any doubts or questions about a product to contact us first for more information before purchasing.
All prices are final prices and include all taxes, processing fees, packaging and shipping costs. What you see is what you pay.
All sales are final. Only defective products or products damaged during shipping may be returned at the purchaser's expense for a replacement and reimbursement of return shipping costs. Claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of the delivery.
